Public Bank should change name to Pubic Bank. Enuff said! Baaddd customer service!
I'm sick and tired when you call and look for people they tends to transfer you to other person and ask you to hold for a quite sometimes. I hate that part. Really! It's annoying ok!
Summore when we ask for some justifications, they tends to point fingers to other people as if ohh..u deal with him, u have to talk to him..then what if the person dies or on mc, can't you just check in the system or sumthing and at least give me some firm answers. Stupid! Moron!
